Ko-fi & ACGGoods SHOP FAQ
What are the differences between one and another?
With Ko-fi: This shop is handled by me, and includes selfmade products, comics & zines. Unfortunately due to new shipping policy, I can't no longer ship to the US. Tracked shipping has drastically raised and my post office new guidelines for 2026 doesn't allow tracked shipping for goods. All my orders will include temporal freebies like stickers and mini prints.
With Acggoods: This shop is directly connected to my manufacter wooacry, all orders are handled by them although they can ship worldwide, I don't get the full amount of the sale. You can decide different shipping options including tracking and fast shipping.
Is there any difference between poducts?
As my manufacter is wooacry, the item is exactly the same one! Acggoods charms comes with a two side film, you will have to remove it with tweezers.
Where is it based?
My kofi orders will get shipped from Spain, Europe while orders from Acggoods will get shipped from China.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Kofi orders will be processed within 4 working days where after they are handed over to my shipping carrier. An order usually takes around 1-4 weeks to arrive but shipping times might vary depending on factors like location, custom clearance, weather or other factors that are outside of my control.
My order didn't arrive and/or there is something wrong with my order. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived, please remember that shipping times can take all the way up to 3 months to arrive (not the usual tho). Usually, if an order wasn't claimed, it gets shipped back to me so I get in contact with the buyer once I receive it. Only then you will be able to chose between getting it shipped again (meaning you will have to pay for shipping once more) or refunds. I do not refund orders until the items are back to me.
